The market ended lower on Tuesday as the small-caps lead the way. We mentioned Wall Street could get lulled to sleep over the next few weeks as traders look ahead to a long holiday break. There was talk of tax selling being one of the reasons for a sluggish day session but the losses were mild although the Dow did close below round number support at 16,000. (continued…)
