I have a New Trade for the portfolio to replace a current trade that is on the verge of being stopped out for a profit. The $1.35 Stop Limit for our bullish BSX March 15 calls has not triggered, but, if it does, I like this trade to take its place.
The options I’m recommending are currently trading for $0.50 and are a “cheap” way to play a stock that is setting up for a test of its 52-week peak.
CH Robinson Worldwide (CHRW, $72.85, up $0.34)
Buy to open the CHRW March 75 calls (CHRW150320C00075000, $0.50, up $0.05) at current levels.
Shares could be setting up for a run at their 52-week peak north of $77. If reached, these options could easily double or perhaps triple. I like these call options at current levels to play the possible move. These are the regular monthly options that expire on March 20.
