Although our portfolio is light and we can be aggressive ahead of the Fiscal Cliff fiasco that could unfold on Friday, we are going to be prudent and lockup gains on a trade that is up 58%. We are taking half profits and we will leave the other half of the trade open so that we can manage our gains.
We are still looking for the trade to make us triple-digits, or a 100% return, but if there is a rally on any zombie news that an agreement can be reached sooner than later, there could be a rebound. We doubt this happens but we would rather cash-in on the current volatility.
