The response to our new trading service was overwhelming. Thank you. Due to the high volume of orders, some of you are writing and saying you didn’t get a user name and password or that you are having trouble placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For those of you who haven’t gotten an email with today’s update, please confirm your subscription. If you have not received a confirmation, it may mean your order did not go through. Those of you who have gotten a conformation, your user name and password should be sent within the next few hours if you haven’t gotten one.
