The bulls made a strong move past resistance at the open but another zombie showed up to help the bears level things out.
The market turned on a dime and lost most of its gains after House Speaker John Boehner said he was disappointed on how the talks were going concerning the Fiscal Cliff. Meanwhile, the head zombie will be having lunch with Mitt Romney so maybe some good news comes out later in the day.
The Dow is up 31 points to 13,015 while the S&P 500 is higher by 5 points to 1,415. The Nasdaq is advancing 17 points to 3,008. The bulls need to hold Dow 13,000; S&P 1,410; Nasdaq 3,000. If not, the market will continue to be choppy.
