The bulls got a break and the talking heads stuck a foot in their mouth after one of the Fed zombies gave the market something to cheer about. Hotlanta Fed President, Dennis Lockhart, lifted the market off its lows after saying the Fed could begin reducing its bond-buying stimulus as early as its September meeting, but threw the market a bone after also saying the data has been too mixed to outline a detailed exit strategy from the Fed’s $85 billion a month stimulus package. The real story though was Tech, helped by Apple’s (AAPL, $489.57, up $22.21) 5% pop
