The bulls were on track to get their 8th-straight Dow Friday win but the bears used a shortened session to steal a victory after the bulls gave up a 77-point lead.  The blue-chips, along with the S&P 500 still ended higher for the week, and month, with Tech and the small-caps showing strength heading into December.  The month is usually bullish but we have mentioned the zombies will need to come up with another game plan by mid-December so there could be some volatility in the weeks ahead depending on how things play out.  This Friday is the Nonfarm Payrolls report that will certainly help sway direction so watch the VIX for extra clues.
