The Airlines stocks have been rallying to fresh highs while helping the Dow Jones Transports Average ($TRAN) continue its push towards record levels and attempts to close above 9,700. I have been talking about a run towards 9,800-10,000 if this level can hold for several sessions.

The US Global Jets ETF (JETS) have traded to another lifetime high of $32.83 day and is the purest play as far as airline ETF’s. The chart looks extremely bullish with all of the major moving averages in strong uptrends. Blue-sky territory on continued momentum could carry shares towards $33-$35. Near-term support is at $32.25-$32 with a close below the latter signaling a possible near-term top.

JETS is a relatively new ETF that has only been trading for a little over two years. The ETF is comprised primarily of domestic airline companies and include aircraft manufacturers, terminal services companies and airports. A little over 20% of the ETF has exposure to international companies and stocks.

As fas as the market, the bulls are trying to show some follow through but are holding slim gains heading into the second half of action. The Dow is up 26 points to 21,558 while the S&P 500 is adding 4 points to 2,447. The Nasdaq is higher by 8 points to 6,269 and the Russell 2000 is down 7 points to 1,417.

Here is a sneak peak at some of our current trades.

Momentum Options Play List

Closed Momentum Options Trades for 2017: 39-15 (74%). All trades are dated and time stamped for verification. New subscribers can look at the past history to see how the trades have played out or to research our Track Records.

Do not risk more than 5% of your trading account on any one trade but do try to take all of the trades. Please remember, all “Exit Targets” and “Stop Targets” are targets. You should not have any “Hard Stops” entered to close any trades or “Exit Orders” in your brokerage account unless I list one. I will send out a “Profit Alert” or “New Trade” if I want you to close a position or if a new trade comes out. Otherwise, follow instructions at all times in the 8am and 12pm–2pm (EST) updates. Also, I will usually give you a heads-up if I think I’m going to send a Trade Alert outside of these time frames.
