Monday’s have been weak in recent weeks with mild and wild price swings.  Yesterday’s pullback was in the cards but the losses were mild and the bulls were able to hold support.  The headlines from around the world continue to paint a volatile Spring and Summer with North Korea’s shenanigans and Europe’s woes but Wall Street held up well following the 3-day weekend.

The Dow dropped 6 points, or 0.04%, to close at 14,572.  The blue-chips made a push to another fresh  high of 14,605 shortly after the open that sets up a run to 14,750 if support holds at 14,400.  The low for the session was 14,531 but it was a higher low than Thursday’s dip to 14,520.  Higher highs and higher lows are bullish.
