The Spider Gold Shares (GLD, $90.30, down $1.01) opened lower this morning and these look like good entry points for the March 99 calls (GLDCU, $2.38, down $0.52) and the March 100 calls (GLDCV, $2.15, down $0.50). However, do not pay market price for them. Put in limit orders of $2.25 for the 99’s and $2.00 for the 100’s. If the calls do not hit these entry levels do not pay more than the current prices for the call options and only do so if a reversal is taking place.
The Electronic Arts (ERTS, $15.33, down $0.11) February 15 puts (EZQNC, $0.90, up $0.05) are a buy here at 90 cents which is also the current ask. The puts have already traded to a high of $1.15 which is 20+% from current levels. The stock has broken through its 52-week low of $14.79 and hit a low of $14.66 earlier in the session.
Netflix (NFLX, $36.89, up $0.75) is up another 2%…
